FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Long Beach Neon & LED was established in 2021, and our head office is located in Long Beach, California. We sell both real glass, hand bent neon signs and also LED neon signs.

We have three main product lines: Pre-designed neon, pre-designed LED, and custom made.

Pre-designed items in our online store go into production the day after your order is placed and are shipped when completed. Production and shipping times do vary and cannot be guaranteed. LED neon does not break like glass neon does, we can ship LED neon signs anywhere. If ordering a pre-designed neon sign made with glass, please note the fragile nature of the product and use caution before ordering. IF GLASS IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN DURING SHIPPING, LONG BEACH NEON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!

Custom made items can be made in our production studio in Los Angeles, California. Our production studio can make both real glass neon signs and also LED signs. Please note: Our US based studio will only ship to the USA and Canada. Custom made items can take around 2-4 weeks produce and around 3-5 days for shipping. Custom made items made in the USA can have production rushed and shipping upgraded if you need your neon fast, extra fees will apply. Only custom made LED signs can be shipped. Custom made glass neon signs are only available for local pickup or delivery in the Los Angeles area.

SHIPPING INFO

We cannot guarantee shipment arrival dates as we're at the mercy of our shipping providers and how busy they are once the package has left the warehouse.

LONG BEACH NEON & LED is not in control of, or responsible for shipping times. We do not offer refunds for delayed products. If you have questions regarding shipping please reach out to us at Longbeachled@gmail.com

We all ship LED signs worldwide. Any LED design listed in our online store can be ordered and shipped anywhere.

For international custom LED sign orders, please fill out the form on custom page of our website and our team will help with your order.

Pre-designed Glass neon signs may be shipped, however due to the fragile nature, any damages are not covered, and shipping is at the buyers discretion. If the glass arrives damaged or broken, Long Beach Neon & LED is not responsible. BROKEN GLASS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED.

 

 Customs fees, import fees, duties, and taxes. We ship products all over the world. Each country has their own rules and fees for products imported into said country. It is important that you are aware of your own countries import laws and fees before you buy. Long Beach Neon & LED does not charge you any of these fees or taxes, and we're not able to pay these on your behalf. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping fees we charge you. Our shipping fees only cover transport of the product. If you're unsure about your government's import fees you can most likely find that information online on your government's website or many other websites that cover global shipping and logistics.

 

LONG BEACH NEON & LED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. PLEASE EMAIL IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

- Free shipping does not apply to sale items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or other areas outside the contiguous USA. Some items do not qualify for fee shipping. Please see item description for details.

- Free shipping does not apply to custom orders, bulk orders or wholesale orders. 

 

MY SIGN ARRIVED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?

If your LED neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please email us at longbeachled@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came in is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too. We do not offer refunds but can check into replacement for broken elements of LED signs.

If you ordered a glass neon sign and it arrived broken it will not be repaired or replaced. Shipping of glass neon signs is at the customers own risk. LONG BEACH NEON & LED DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BROKEN GLASS. If your sign arrives broken and you want it replaced, it will be at your own cost to order and ship again.

Please note: Custom signs are final sale and non-refundable. If you order an LED sign, and it is damaged during shipping, or has a defect of some kind, please contact us within 24 hours at longbeachled@gmail.com. Custom glass neon signs are not available for shipping. Custom glass neon signs are available for local pick up or delivery only in the Los Angeles area. Contact us for delivery rates.
